How FillGo works

Someone needs to send a parcel. Someone else is already travelling and has space.

1. Choose Send or Deliver for this moment. Your account can do both.
2. Post a short request or trip. Dates are limited to 30 days ahead.
3. FillGo ranks matches by route, time, capacity, and trust — not just who is nearest.
4. Chat, agree a price, lock pickup and drop-off details.
5. The provider’s FillGo wallet covers a 10% platform commission. Senders are not charged commission.
6. Pickup happens at the agreed place and time. Delivery is confirmed with a receiver OTP.
7. Both people rate each other. Reliability follows real behaviour.
